Anyone have the file version 16.3.1 of PatrickAWIson's dynamic campaign generator (PWCG 16.3.1)? I'm not finding it online and the developers website only has the newer 3.3.2 which isn't as good or stable. Thanks.

I was eventually given a link by a friendly soul, here it is if anyone is interested. I've tried it and it's actually quite good.
