Ah yes, the age old "we're too advanced now for a gunfight" philosophy.  We'll see what happens the first time things get hot with virtually every airplane in the sky allied, and it ends up as - a knife fight in a telephone booth, as always.  You have to see to shoot when every plane in the sky except a few are friendly, and you have to be close to see.  Stupid.
