They had called everyone but me - as they didn't have my number. me: "er...why didn't you look me up in the phone book?" US Air: "we never thought of that" In my mind: "you are fucking idiots"...outloud: "you are fucking idiots" Missed a whole day and a half of a 3 day conference.
