I actually use sweetfx again now, but turn off all the crud other than the AA, as i think since they changed the colours in the patch, sweetfx with the gamma changes makes it look wrong now imo.

Arggggg, i can't fly on ATAG anymore, got perfect stats at the moment!!! 2 flights, 2 kills no deaths, no bailouts, and we know its all about the jedis stats. 8 DD's in the stats pages now, and thats not including Rox,

Custom belt loading does not work in the QMB (can't change it and make it save in the QMB either, only online or in the fmb). Its fine in single player missions and online though, its why i don't use the QMB, I've just made a load of single player missions (which it lets you customise through the menu anyway) which work really well though. AA is still not good, need to use a SMAA utility to improve it a bit, i linked one earlier in this thread.

As the title says, this is an excellent online guide to all things CLOD in how to operate your planes, starting, temps to watch etc... Very well put together, even the enigma of the 4 fuel tanks and how to shift fuel from one to another in the Bf110 explained! with Sweetfx, Without SweetFX, and just using a SMAA utility i used to use again, what i use is this, SMAAil-2 sturmovik cliffs of dover.zip just unzip and copy the 4 files into C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\IL-2 Sturmovik Cliffs of Dover

I've removed sweetfx from my mod install, now they've changed some stuff imo it looks way better without it. Will post screenshots after i've fed myself

to add to what Rog says, the *.ini files need to be copied from C:\Users\UserName\Documents\1C SoftClub\il-2 sturmovik cliffs of dover to C:\Users\UserName\Documents\1C SoftClub\il-2 sturmovik cliffs of dover - MOD directory not from your C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\il-2 sturmovik cliffs of dover also any missions you've made plus paintschemes need to be copied to and from the same locations some screenies from lastnight on ATAG featuring myself and Fenrir, on patrol in Hurris, climbing out in some spits, cruising at 30,000ft just because we could, and an offline gratuitous spitfire shot of Kiwi 1 (and my new desktop) we both got bounced once each, died once each, but between us bagged 4 ju88's, 1 109 definate, shared on 3/4 stukas, and shared on a couple on he111's, and another 109 probable just before his mate got me, not a bad return, oh and put on a show at Manston which got a favourable reception from the crowd watching on the ground

Defiantly worth playing around with a bit i think, can see some interesting applications with it when i understand how it works (how big the target areas are for example).
