YESS! I got the feckin WoT folder deleted. Had to disable thumbnail view in Explorer to access the folder. Enabled it again, after deleting WoT and all is well again.

I uninstalled the game from there but I want to get rid of the folder as well. Looks like I have to disable a couple of DLL's to get proper access to that folder.

Agreed. It's a good representation on the society as a whole though. More whiners with personal agendas and less responsible people thinking about the collective.

What I meant was that 2000rpm in a 37L V12 don't sound like the 2000rpm we know from stock IL-2. I don't get the mute in my first 1/10 second of burst. Anyway, my opinion as that stock IL-2 is way off and this mod is much much closer to reality than stock IL-2's Nintendo sounds. I see what you mean about "idle". Seems like the overlap from the exhaust chatter is a bit too far up the rpm range, but the core sound is there, just a bit overlapped by the lower rev chatter. He ...

2000rpm is pretty much idle after todays standards, FT. Two MG's right in front of your nose and a cannon where your pecker is would also drown out the engine sitting ahead of them again. Just for correctness sake. I'd only wish jafa could make some better sounds for the 7.92, MK108 and MG151's as well.

Yep the external 50's aren't that good. In cockpit they sound awesome though. External .50 sounds like stock UP?

Somebody stop me from typing pls. Just wanted to say that cockpit sounds are were jafaem's DB600 mod really shines. Installed the Allison/Merlin mod as well. .50 cals have never sounded better in the P-51. It even has the typical exhaust "pops" on idle/rollout when you go external. Wow!

I don't like stock IL-2 sounds at all but even the UP sounds takes the backseat compared to these latest jafaem engine sounds. They are indeed very realistic, as limited as IL-2's game engine might be. I drooled when both DB's sat idling in my 110 yesterday.

And it's bloody fantastic. The in cockpit noise is incredible. Engine, flaps, touch downs, roll outs, you name it.
