By now the guy on the p.a. had whipped himself into a gabbling frenzy which meant it must be time for our brave lads to do their thang....

The tide, it did steadily rise.....Which annoyingly pushed the crowd even further back from the display line. In previous years this was effectively the shoreline but post-Shoreham a line of yellow marker buoys some 200m further out marks the limits of the display This was particularly unfortunate for the pair of Battle of Britain display flight Spitfires which followed. Not a big plane, this added distance means you just don't get to appreciate that Merlin sound at all....

A couple of years ago now I bought the nice Canon 55 - 250mm all singing, all-dancing zoom lens for my toy specifically to take pictures of aeroplanes. Yesterday afternoon I finally managed to take some piccies of aeroplanes! Ladies, gentlemen...and Painless; I present Sidmouth Airshow and Super-spreader event, 2021 It's a traditional British format; cram as many people as possible onto an uncomfortable beach on a rising tide and put in an extensive p.a. system manned by someone in love with the sound of their own voice. First up was a display by the Royal Navy's Wildcat. Great! Of course being essentially a stupid person, I read this as being one of these Whereas it turned out to be one of these, ho hum... It did it's thing and was swiftly followed by some sort of Pitts special which in my opinion put on a tremendous show This thing is capable of some astonishing prop-hanging

Try doing this with TrackIr It's not for everyone but I'm with Crash; I couldn't fly IL2 without it these days. Formation flying in VR is just astonishing. I must get my sh#t together and do some!

I think this shows just how far up their own backside Microsoft have travelled. Many millions around the world are just casual non-tech minded users and now they are expected to go into BIOS to check UEFI, Secure Boot & TPM are enabled?? This is an invitation to scam. I can just imagine the 'phone calls ahead; "This is Microsoft support. We are showing that your TPM is not enabled Mrs. Smith......"

Hi Jabo, Yeah, it's not so easy to find now. I've got 16gig of .Skill Ripjaws Z Series in 4 x 4gigs. DRAM frequency is 800mhz according to cpuz.

Does anyone have any DDR3 memory kicking around that they want to off-load? I'm running 16gig at the moment and I'd like to get upto 32. Have folding money too
