  1. Damn! More work for me. I really have to learn to keep my mouth shut. O.K. I'll make this an easy one:
  2. I've seen this before but it bears watching again. "Every pilot should fly a Spitfire" Brilliant! +10 BlueBear! There are so many unsung heroes, from truck drivers to cooks to PRU pilots, they all did their bit!!!!!!!
  3. Crash has won it all on teamspeak! Good luck Crash! On to you.......... BTW, it's a Supermarine Scimitar.
  4. You are so close, yet sooooo far away!
  5. Oh damn! You would have had to pick one of my favorite civilian planes, I fell in love with the old gal at a local airshow when I was aboot 10 (back when they had those things). Just plain classy. K, I'll dig somefing up posthaste!
  6. Fantastic! It seems the text cards are running for a tad longer. It seems perfect now. Please pass along my compliments, I'm definitely a fan.
  7. I for one love patriotism! I think everyone should believe that they live in the best country in the world. That, or do something about it. BTW; Awesome display! Jabo, they kinda look like sport planes to me, but I'm not sure either.
  8. How many of the Dogz are throwing down the $90 for the premium preorder? The $50? I'm just not sure if it's worth it.
  9. This is film noir at it's best! I will be chomping at the bit to see the next one as I was with the last series you posted. I love the cinematography, they captured the flavor of the silent films stunningly! I have but one critique; I am a VERY strong reader (I watch subtitled foriegn films often and rarely struggle) and I found myself rewinding a few times to keep up, they really need to stretch the timing of the text just a bit (obviously being careful not to disturb the timing of the movie) to allow for a smooth flow for the audience. I really only noticed this on the longer segments, so I think they may have cut them all at the same length. Other than that: LOL! I was typing as you were. I read much faster than I type, so don't feel bad Todd, I had trouble keeping up too, and I bet most people over 25 without a college education will. (BTW, In my demented mind the above emoticons mean "Very good scary movie")
  10. Looks like it takes a bit of athleticism to get in and out of those seats, but they sure do look comfy once you get in them........
  11. I love it when you boys talk dirty.
  12. Holy crap! I sure hope that kid is OK. It's surprizing how many children are killed and injured by falling furniture.
  13. I am now sporting a woodie!
  14. I'm in, assuming no schedule conflicts. I think that I would prefer a mossie, but I'll take a typhoon as a flight or squadron leader if I'm needed as my VAC system will make the job a snap. (And I'm interested to see how well the updated AI and commands work in the heat of battle. I'll work on getting my commands updated forthwith.) Quit playing with your phone and get back to work, Nick!
  15. One of the things that I always loved about CloD is how immersive the realistic workload makes it. It's a lot like riding a bike or driving a fast car down a country road, it occupies your mind so completely for that time that none of the mundane can get in and ruin the visceral experience of the moment. It sounds a lot like the annoying bugs that would commonly rip you out of that experience are gone. Cool. Once I get my 'puter troubles sorted I'll definitely get this up to speed.
  16. That was definitely worth a peruse, what beautiful pics of some beautiful aircraft!
