    My modem broke yesterday so I upgraded my internet speed and got a new modem for free. I went from 8mb to 12-24mb, but only get 11.8 download :( Those schmucks blame it on a bad copper wire from the isp.

      lol. Just spoke to the ISP and they are going to check the nearby "connection box" for any error. My internet is disconnecting every 5 minutes or so :(

      Up and running again. Service guy found a malfunction error shit on the cable and disturbance knot on the wire. I got my 3rd modem since the old/new one was broke. Then the area were I live got a complete internet broke down. I wonder what that cable guy did? Feck.
