    Here are some screenshots from tonights Danger Dogz RoF night.

    The FoV is a little off, I have not had eyefinity set up for RoF in a while as I prefer to use the other two screen for other things while playing and I seldom use my desktop for flight sims. (That is what the simpit is for, yes?).

    I tweaked them correctly before but I do not remember how at the moment, I will fix em though.

    Thanks for posting these pictures Propnut ! They are beautiful ! What kind of graphic card do you have. Do you need 2 cards in a crossfire mode ? or just the one card ?

    Sopwith Camel Spin Recovery

    Thanks for posting that MT! I have never been able to pull out of the left spin on a Camel before. I will try this next time.

    I have been using the rocking technique with the pup and triplane with good results though.

    I look forward to tomorrow night, Gustang and WolfP indicated that they will be there and Spaulding showed some interest also.

    Since I still only have the original version, which ones should I buy? I only want to buy maybe 4-5...

    I'm sorry Snacko, I just saw your post :( for some reason I did not see since you posted it ! I guess its a little too late. If some sale come up again, I suggest to you the following:

    - Albatros DVa;

    - Albatros DVIII;

    - Fokker DVII;

    - Fokker Dr1;

    - SE5a (carry bombs);

    - Sopwith Camel (carry bombs);

    - Sopwith Pop or the Triplane (newer planes).

    I'm not sure if you already have some of those. Again, there might be airplanes in there that you dont like. Its a question of personnal taste I guess.

    Added Kiev ribbon for those that fought against the 69GiAP - how do you make it selectable?

    Does someone need to fiddle with it's size to get it to match?

    I have created a Tutorial for this:

    Should it be required permission can be granted to an awards manager/committee to create/grant awards.

    Naturally awards need not be limited to just campaign stuff, we could have Top Gun medals, best host awards etc. etc..

    I think that awards should be well managed. Therefore, as an example, flight leaders should send a request to an award comity for someone to receive an award for courage or actions that he took during the fight (s) while in battle with the enemy during a mission or campaign.The categories and all the awards (all medals, pins or citations) should be announced and displayed on the forum somewhere for everyone to look at. Also, there should be a list of all the members that are awarded medals and the comity representative that is in charge of issuing the medal or award should himself this medal under the members signature. When someone receive an award, it should be annouced as well on the forum.

    Mt's Firing Range Missions

    HI,

    I have worked on my Firing Range mission that we were flying last Thusday evening. At the time, some of you experienced a lot of problems with the SIM like weapon problems, vehicles that would desapprear and stuff and targets would not respawn. I have uploaded a zip file in the vault that contains 3 missions. Its all the same mission but with different types of planes, in order to be able to practice shooting at ground targets with all of the existing airplane to date. You can only have 8 different types of airplane in one mission in ROF. I'm now more aware of the ME limitations and restrictions and I have made some changes to allow for a better SIM experience. Now all targets will respawn after they are destroyed. The GUI Map will guide you more towards the targets that you want. If you want to use airplanes that carry bombs, I suggest that you try Ver.1 of the mission first.

    Way Cool. Card in hand!

    Hey BA I can now say that I own all the existing planes in ROF to date :) I bought the 2 new planes and 5 planes that I didn't have. IM telling you the DVII F, is a powerful AC. I love to fly the new Sopwith Pup & Triplane, they are great planes. I don't really care about the DH2 but its fun to fly too. It offers a very good view. Later my friend.

    I sure had a great time tonight hosting ROF. 4 Dogz and 3 WH showed up! :)

    I still have to work on my LIVE FIRE RANGE mission but I was quite happy about the way it played :) We also flew a few coop missions.

    HI CaptJackG, I've hosted the first ROF Thursday night last week and only Propnut and I showed up. I kow that Thursday night is not convenient for every budy that would like to fly ROF, but Thursday night is good for me. You would be more then welcome to join and fly with us :) We had a few members of the War Hawks joining us last week and they said that they will probably have more of them joining in this week. Even if we're only a few, we always have great fun flying this sim.

    Thanks, it would be really great if you can make it this Thursday Night.
