Yes, it seems to run pretty good, but many of my missions seem to be hosed. They have all the ai planes crashing into each other when the missions start. I have to check and see if the front lines now move with the objects they are placed on, they didn't in RC3. And I cannot save any mission I edit in the FMB, so right now I can't fix anything.

All I can say is WOW! For a young kid like that, there are many details that are awesome! Of course some spots aren't perfect, but overall I'd say this was a way above average model build. Congrats!!

Last night, while trying to host I could not get my snacko.servegame.org to work. Today I found this note on their site. I have always gotten the reminders to confirm the account, so I don't know how I missed this one. I'm not at home right now, so I'll double check my login details when I get there to make sure I am doing it right. But it looks like my servegame.org account is deleted and I can't get it back, because the servegame names are no longer available... I suggest we all just stick to the xxxxxx.dyndns.org account names so we are at least consistient. But those who still have their servegame.org accounts do get to keep them if you just continue to confirm the account each month. Servegame.org and most of the other options are now gone..

I told one of my nephews he could get IL2 1946 off or Steam, but now I am wondering if he will be able to use UP 3.0 with that?? Also, he is probably going to try and run it on his Mac. Are there any difficult problems with that as well?

Well, I finally got home from vacation and got to give this a try. I can see that it will be a nice addition to my bookshelf for now. The FPS are terrible.. I have to set the graphics on minimum just to make it playable. Hard to believe that DCS: Blackshark and the A10c both run smooth, but Clod doesn't... Hope they get it 'fixed'.

Bucky, did you turn UAC off? Also, don't install IL2 to your C:\Program files folder. Make your own folder on C: and install it there. And, as Roger suggested, right-click your shortcuts and go to the Compatibility tab. Check the 'Run this program as an Administrator' checkbox. If all that doesn't work, I can get online and help you remotely as well. I'm just 3 hrs. different from you.

Wow, even though this may be way too much to read, I am amazed at all the names I have heard about but never met. I've been here about 3 years and feel like a noob in this thread. I have not been able to post because I am up at the lake on vacation with a shitty internet connection. I am not used to that as many of you know! It's taking me 3-4 minutes just to load the DDz webpage!! So, I have been holding off posting anywhere, but I hope this goes through, and I'll keep it short.. I do also thank BG and all the DDz who started this squadron! The dedication to continue to host many coop sessions each week for 7 years is absolutly amazing. I admit I could not do it, but am grateful to all of you who have been faithful in filling in for BG and for BG to keep it going! This is probably too much already. Hope the post makes it. Doesn't CLoD let you pick which folder you want to install it?? I received my copy in the mail today and am installing it now, but I did not see anywhere that I could pick the install folder...

Actually, in a perfect world I would rather have a CD that requires no activation so I have CD in hand. I just like having the software I bought on a disk. But online activation means I don't have to get the disk and put it in, so that's good..

Yep, I got an email from Amazon.com this afternoon that my copy of CLOD was finally shipping 3 months late. I hope it doesn't require the CD to play, because I would have just bought a digital version to avoid that.

Frigg'in AWESOME!! Just tried it for 2 secs, and it work with the #UP#_Enable_UP3.0 mod enabled. Didn't work without it.
