UP 3.0 may have problems with this mission. When I first made it there were some strange things happening. Like Enemy flyable aircraft showing up as flyable on the Friendly side, and vice versa. Also, AI aircraft crashing on the deck on takeoff, and not un-spawning. So, the deck was dirty and the rest of the AI would not take off. However, we flew this a few months later and had none of these problems. But with the same UP 3.0 RC4. So, maybe it works now? Enjoy if you dare... Snacko PS: I ADDED 3 more fighter flights on each side (6 total) that meet in the center between the two fleets and dogfight. I also ADDED 3 Destroyers on each side (6 total) that venture out into the center between the two fleets and have quite a battle, firing guns and also torpedoes at each other! I had that for years, but never played it much. Mostly because the flight model didn't feel realistic.

Crash, if you are talking about DCS: A10c, then I think your problem is your game options. The DCS series lets you specify if you are going to play it in 'game' mode, or 'simulator' mode. I believe if you are in 'game' mode then you cannot click the switches and the mouse can be used to change your view. To switch this you need to go into the options and on one of the pages you click on 'simulator' at the bottom left (I'm not at home right now, so going from memory). Also, when you assign your controllers, make sure to select simulator from the combobox at the top/left first so you are setting up the controller assignments you will use when in simulator mode. I think in the tutorials it automatically puts you in simulator mode, even if your game is set to game mode, so the switches will work in the tutorials. Hope this helps...

I'd be suprised if it goes for close to that. But I would definitly put in a bid. It retails for $500 here in the USA.

It looks like Microsoft is giving away the next version of Flight Simulator for Free. You just have to pay for extra content.

SkyUI is a new user interface that trys not to change it too much from the stock, but enhance what is already there. I was looking for some mod that would give me a ratio of Weight to Value so I would know what to throw away to lighten my load, but not throw away too much valuable stuff. And I found SkyUI, the #1 mod on Nexus. I like how it puts the Damage, Weight, and Value right in the list with the items, so you don't have to click on each one to find out it's info... You first need to install Skyrim Script Extender (SKSE) for this mod to work, and start the game using that. The readme says to add -editor to the SKSE, but I did not need that.. I think that is for script editing. Check out this mod: Note: Personally, I like to use JSGME, so I turned these mods into JSGME mods. There is also a Weight to Value mod that is included with SkyUI, but it has no documentation. You install that in the Data/Interface folder. That is what adds the thing I was looking for in the first place.

I think I am going to wait and see how the new drivers and patch works. Then I won't have to hack stuff too much. I guess I'm not in a hurry because after reading the Bethsesda Dev Blog it looks like there is a lot of great stuff coming very soon for Skyrim..

I was using that nVidia Inspector tool, not beta drivers.

Do you have an nVidia card? If so, did you get Ambient Occlusion to work? I did everythng nVidia says in their tweak guide but no joy. Where do you get those hi-res textures oh great and powerful ModMaster?

I'm not a FPS guy, nor do I usually like these kind of wander around and click your mouse like a madman battles. But Skyrim is great.

Awesome news Crash! Thanks for posting.. Yea! I had the A10c Beta so I should get the Nevada map for free. That map was in the first beta but removed later on. Combinded Arms looks fun as well. And we will be able to fly with you in the A10a Crash! Now, I read some posts about guys complaining that it would not be fair to have some fly the 'easy' A10a online while others have to master the A10c, but from what I posted above and what others have said, if you can just fly using the basic combat systems in the A10c it is not much more difficult than the A10a.
