Update 29th May
Many thanks to all those that attended.
More ground was made up the coast from Sochi with the taking of the Bravo FARP.
After the session I downloaded the latest version of the mission which has added some new performance improvements and in mission features.
For example It is now possible to call up EWACS and get bogey information. The Red carrier fleet zone has also moved more off the coast at Sochi.
We briefly tested this new version and it does not effect our progress.

Date: 22nd May 2025
Following good teamwork from myself, Blubear, Delta, Max and Fenrir we were able to take out Bravo SAM site and then subsequently capture Sochi airfield, despite the Red forces taking it back after we had initially made it neutral.
So we have now moved a little further up the coast.
The campaign continues to throw up different challenges each week and I would once again like to thank @wingflyr for the suggestion.

Following a request from @Squee7e last night regarding his permissions and non-ability to post pictures onto Discord I reviewed who has "DangerDogz" permissions and found a large number of you did not have the correct permission set. I have now corrected this so the next time you sign onto Discord you may see new threads and options.

Hi Guys,
I too had good fun last night flying my Hook' about.
Did the icon settings make it too easy last night?
What did we think of the rain showers?

I have to say the detail in the towns is fantastic.
Nice countryside as well.
Ramstein airbase is huge with tons of hard shelters hidden in the woods.

I have just installed the Cold War Germany map to the server.
So it can be used if/when people start picking up this map.

How many of us will be buying this map? either right away / soon, how many are not fussed and will either skip or wait a lot longer?
Also something that is starting to bug me is that are these launch videos getting close to false advertising and just using the disclaimer below as a cop-out for features never going to be included but make the map look extra exciting...

I have tweaked the icon settings and uploaded the mission ready for the next time.
I have turned on the usual icon detail level but also put on fog-of-war, so its hopefully middle ground difficulty wise.

@wingflyr - Sorry to have kept bombing questions at you last night, thanks for your assistance in getting this off the ground.
It certainly does look like it is going to keep us out of trouble for a while!
Performance from my end, I saw no issues at all. I know @PapaBear reported some stutters but I think that may have been a local issue?
I will look into the icon settings for the next session.

@wingflyr - the post where you provided downloads - are they the latest versions? I saw on the ED downloads that the Caucuses version I linked to was updated in March of this year, is the _01 version you provided a different version completely?
