Ahh...the best laid plans of mice and men. Drove up Island Saturday with my two boys to Cdn Forces Base Comox to see the rebuilding of a Spit lX. www.y2kspitfire.com An aquaintance, Spitfire Ace Art Sager - Author of "Line Shoot" (more on this later), is involved in the rebuilding of a Spit, and invited me to go visit. Drive 2 1/2 hours up Island to go visit.

yikes - good thing 1) no one was hurt and 2) it was a can I assume and not a bottle. You shoulda' had the wife crawl around through the snow and look for the beer though.

Please note that 240,000 acres was just for the backyard of the servent's quarters. The guest quarters are on a larger tract of land. I won't even mention the actual land BG's main house is on.

my first winter in St John's, Newfoundland we had 22 1/2 feet of snow. we bought a house in January.

Hi all...new hd and most got 'ghosted' over - but lost the passwords and IP's for the TS server and backup... I see BG, Gurrypuddle and others on the comms, but I can't connect!
