No Quazi m8. It is just that scumbag Jason at Go Gamers who is adding a slight surcharge. Don't you remember he started at $40.00 and then went to $49.99 shortly after. It is called capitalism in some quarters.
~S~ Mr Sharpe sir,
We had almost given you up for dead so it was great to hear you are still kicking and well.
I would be more than happy to spend some time on TS with you and walk you through installation of the "thing" that B16Enk referred you to look at.
~S~
You are in good shape Pook. The final patch does not contain an exe file so what you have now will switch you to any version available. When the final patch comes out I think all you will have to do is over-write the beta and you are good to go with the gauges right side up. Otherwise you will have to fly upside down to be able to read them.
I hear the final patch should be ready sometime next week. I think we all should start getting ready to patch up to the final version as soon as we can after the final patch is available. There are now a ton of switching options available. I am told by those who claim to be "in the know" that the final will be known as 4.07m.
This topic has been moved to Private because it contains some personal information on a new Danger Dogz

Pook,
Have you checked your video settings on the Il2 Setup menu? Mine defaulted to a Nvidia card after I installed 4.07m but I run a ATI 850XT PE.
That wouldn't explain why your FPS for each version are different but it would affect your frames rates overall.
Mr Palava,
A fresh install of 46 Addon and the triple switcher will allow you to switch between all the version, 4.04m, 405m and 4.07m. No need for a separate install of 4.04m.
But be sure to preserve your missions, skins, conf.ini and user files.
Quazi has released a new triple switcher for the new patch that he has made available to everyone. You can d/l it from here.
