Crash Posted July 19, 2009 Report Share Posted July 19, 2009 I am getting this error message and windows tells me that there is no audio device (yet I still can hear the silly tune it plays when windows starts and shuts down!) But, it could also be a nasty piece of malware ... Could also be a conflict between HP software and the OS. What is the issue your Security Center is trying to inform you about? But better make double sure you document nicely what it is for, and when it should be used. So not everyone with just a sound card issue will try and download it... it's rather specific... If it helps, you just keep applying it whenever the issue occurs... Or maybe put it in your Start Menu, Startup section... it will then run each and every time you boot the computer.
