Bf-109E To Fly in Niagara-June 6+7

This 109 started as a 109E1 and was flown by White 14, Hans-Joachim Marseille. It was upgraded to a standard E4 and is the only flying DB601 engine in the world. The brochure doesn't mention the Spitfire MkIX or the Hurricane XII owned by the group ().

I'll be going on Sunday, June 7, weather and hangover permitting---will have to miss the 1st mission of Op. Pedestal (oh crap!).

They usually have the Lancaster from Hamilton do a few fly-by's as well.
