I have thankfully managed to avoid the envy Dep and agree with Strider that so long as IL2 runs smooth and looks good then I am happy. Then Fraps was raised. I think this is a great tool and has provided me with a "Black Death" benchmark for "frames per second" for ages. A couple of days ago someone put some specs up on the UBI forum so I did some more comprehensive testing using Fraps and came up with these results. I have XP Service Pack 3 E6850 3000 dual core cpu PNY Nvidia 8800GTX gpu 2gig Corsair RAM 22" LG running at 1680 x 1050 IL2 graphics are "....88XX...." in the game video setup and "Perfect" (AF=Anisotropic filtering, AA=Antialiasing, Supersampling was set throughout) Fraps was started at 3 seconds and finished at 2 minutes 31, v-sync off Figures are FPS Min, Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
