This is what I do.

Open the radiator flaps.

Roll over into a dive (like a bomb drop in a Stuka)

Start banging away at the 'I' key until the engine starts or you hit the ground (about 50/50 on that one).

I find it helps to swear non stop until the engine starts or you die, whichever comes first :rolleyes:

I didn't know about the radiator flaps or the dive.
