Blairgowrie Posted October 29, 2007 Posted October 29, 2007 DD_Smokestack asked me if I would post this for him. A husband in his back yard is trying to fly a kite. He throws the kite up in the air, the wind Catches it for a few seconds, then it comes crashing back down to earth. He tries this a few more times with no success. All the while, his wife is watching from the kitchen window, Muttering to herself how men need to be told how to do everything. She opens the window and yells to her husband, 'You need a piece of tail.' The man turns with a confused look on his face and says, 'Make up your mind. Quote

Blairgowrie Posted October 31, 2007 Author Posted October 31, 2007 And now one from Greenstreaks. My ex-wife started taking flying lessons about the time our divorce started and she got her license shortly before our divorce was final, later that same year. Yesterday afternoon, she narrowly escaped injury in the aircraft she was piloting when she was forced to make an emergency landing in Southern Tennessee because of bad weather. Thank God our kids were with me at the Beach House this weekend. The NTSB issued a preliminary report, citing pilot error: Tina was flying a single engine aircraft in IFR Quote
