DDz Quorum Posted April 23, 2006 There is an excellent training film on the F4U, its located in the Pacific Fighters Main Page, Pacific Fighters Forum, under F4U Traing Film. Its about 20 minutes long (goes fast) but really interesting to watch. It was a WWII training film. Pooka Quote

Blairgowrie Posted April 25, 2006 Posted April 25, 2006 I took a look at that training film. Can't believe how complicated flying a Corsair was or how unstable they were in a stall. Were all fighter ac the same or similar? I always thought they just zoomed up to altitude. Quote
