guitarman68 Posted May 7, 2007 Report Share Posted May 7, 2007 Sorry in advance for being a muppet.I download the 4.08m update and installed it ok.But when i launch the game it still loads 4.07m, i had the switcher installed for the 4.04-4.07 , do i need to be doing anything else.Im launching the game with the 1946 exe on my desktop, also tried putting the dvd in and booting from there. Blairgowrie Posted May 7, 2007 Report Share Posted May 7, 2007 I am with Shadow on this one. You could try deleting the batch switch files first as you don't need them anymore. None of us fly 4.04m 4.05m, or 4.07m anymore. It that still does not work then clean install is best. Make sure you save your conf.ini, user files, skins and/or missions. BBloke Posted May 7, 2007 Report Share Posted May 7, 2007 If you've patched up but it still says 407 then it sounds like the files may not be where they should or the all important files.sfs wasn't overwritten as part of the extraction process.
