1. DDz Quorum Sid Posted June 18, 2022 1. DDz Quorum Share Posted June 18, 2022 A skin for the Ju88C-6 depicting a Ju88S-1 night fighter of I/KG 66 operating from Dedelsdorf in the winter of 1944/45. S-1s were equipped with the German 'Y-Gerat' (or Wotan) beam system used to direct individual fighters to an intercept of enemy bombers. The aircraft had a fake glazed nose painted on in the hope of confusing the enemy into thinking it was a bomber not a fighter....sneaky beakies!!
