BadAim
Good stuff! Looks like one needs to be careful about the captions, but most seem to be correct or at least close......Then again a picture is worth...........
Blairgowrie
Some great pics and also some scary ones. Why do scenes of war fascinate us so?
Enforcer57
Where else do u get both the best and most hideous of mankind? Great shots, but I had to click on some of those 20 times to get them fullsize. Saw some stuff I couldnt ID, like a 3 barrel 20mm AA mount with brit troops on it. Also saw a great shot of a soviet late model Sherman 76mm on a mtn top with a T-34/85. These were all in the color section. I also saw a Soviet M-3 Lee burned out....I didnt even know we sent them any of those things. I just wish it was easier to gget the full size versions. DZ9
Totally fascinating, especially the propaganda posters- fantastic if dubious art thanks mate
DZ9
have a look again at the poster art, some adroit political propoganda there. imagine begining in USSR/ Germany 1939-1945 and being bombared
