2. Administrators Jabo Posted November 7, 2016 2. Administrators Share Posted November 7, 2016 'Spitfire Pilot - A Personal Account of the Battle of Britain' by Flt Lt D M Crook DFC - Very good read made all the more poigniant by the fact that the author was killed in '44 in, of all things, a training accident. Well worth obtaining a copy of you don't already have it.

DD_Brando
I'm still battling my way through The Secret War, by Max Hastings. Flt Lt Crook's book is next on the list
2. Administrators Jabo Posted November 13, 2016 Author 2. Administrators Share Posted November 13, 2016 I thought that one was hard going Brando but worthwhile in the end. I've moved on to 'Nine Lives' by Al Deere
