  1. Wednesday is to be spent in a cool and relaxed drive to Kent... Otherwise... Thursday to Kent, Friday home? Might as well skip Kent altogether then... So, Yeovilton is not possible on Monday, nor Tuesday. If Wednesday, then... Kent is out... (too short a visit, and then next, Friday will be a challenge, to get from P's place to Stanstead in time (what time is your return flight anyways Sweper?) I do not want to race through the UK, I want to have a quiet stressless ride! Anyways, if this is the choice, I vote for Kent!
  2. You funny man! (And yer correct, w'll do!)
  3. Quite close Crash ... Friday --- Gathering at Duxford airfield. Note: As early as possible, first one there wins a prize! (I just don't want to hang around there on me own all mornin' ya know ) Evenin' : Hotel (check in for some), drinks, out for Curry. Saturday: Show, and in the evenin' Fish'n'Chips Sunday: Show, and in the evenin' early night, we want/need to be fresh monday mornin' ... lol Monday --- Travel to Mr. P's, possibly visit a museum en route. Thursday -- also Kent. Friday -- traveling home. But, really, general idea is to have it a bit more relaxing than last year, as for things listed on the planner... That may or may not include things already planned, or things yet to be planned. Or similar. It's just that... I dunno... Wot?
  4. Hope to see you there Largie!
  5. Me thinks 4.12 as such is really something special already. Mainly, the true wide screen stuff. Not the menu/options stuff without the bars... but the in cockpit screen... Much better on a wide screen monitor than before. In a Mossie, one has to turn ones head just a bit to see the spinners... All cockpits feel and look better. There's no longer a tendency to get closer to the screen. Because of the new view, I feel I can keep sit-back-and-relax much more... well, relax until... (So far have enjoyed the P51, Mossie and Yak9... if I remember correctly) I do like 4.12m... mainly for the views and the sounds... (Hey, what else is there to enjoy?)
  6. WOT? Next year? Silly gits, why next year, why not this year? (This year is as good as any year ya know!) As to the beer-thingie, yeah, I think that'll work out just fine...
  7. Good to see there's still some room left on the walls... I checked my stash of 'artwork', drawings mostly, Beaufighter, Mossie, Spit, Hurri, even a watercolor of a Camel in a clouded sky! (No, not like the famous 'mossie at night' - see below -, not 10/10 white clouds!) and will bring a selection over. Mind you, they aren't really originals, most were drawn from existing pictures, though with sufficient artistically justified freedom (also known as 'errors') Beaufighter, after it's already been packed for transport, picture taken with mobile phone ... the packaging makes it look a bit rougher than it is, and it bit brownish... though it is roughly drawn / sketched 'Mossie at night' (by an unknown artist) (Are we there yet?)
  8. I'm with Gec here, try something like Kaspersky rescue disk.
  9. Co-pilot seat is not available in the Tante Ju. Once in the gunner seat, press the key for 'AutoPilot' to get control over the gun. (Will depend on the current state of the 'Toggle Level Autopilot' control. If it's on, autopilot will switch automatically off for the gunner and on for the pilot - in single player, not in coops/df's - when you jump to the gunner seat. It switches gunnerAP back on when leaving the seat, and PilotAP back off when returning to Pilot seat. Yours appears to be off, check what key has been assigned to it, press it once and it's all automatic. But, like I said, it works differently online, when in Coops.) I'm not in the know with switching of mixture at all... the times I've flown it, to save fuel, I think I even set it as low as 60% ... even at lower altitudes. One more Ju52 tip: Taxi by only using the center engine. If you try it with all three selected, or the outer ones, it gets very weird. When running up only the 1 (left) engine, one would expect the aircraft to turn to the right. But no, it turns left. Same with right hand engine (3#), spool it up and the thing turns right.
  10. Yes, very much pity full. Why? I found these words: Sod it, thank you very much, this is not for me... IL2-series have never ever been anything like 'any other game'... that's what made it so special, and so good!
  11. 'Waddington on the way', isn't that rather close to 'Wilmington-on-sea'? (Just asking, couldn't find it on Google Earth)
  12. Hm, 16th is too early, 19th+ is too late ... that is if we stick to 'current' planning, which is Monday travel from Dx to Portsmouth, incl. possibly some museum visit. Tuesday Yeovilton, Wednesday travel to Kent, Thursday Kent, Friday for traveling homewards...
  13. Because of the longer stick, you'd need to move it more to get the same deflection on the sensors... So, it will get less sensitive. So, you'd have to up the numbers in Hardware Setup, Input ... But, if you already have them at 100? Does it do 120? Does that make sense? What if you simply attach a stick or pipe of that length to the stick temporarily? Then you can get the feel of it
  14. Difficulty settings,Misc, Shared Kills is still switched off?
  15. Wot? Another opportunity to go up in the air? Yeah, count me in... !
  16. Hijack? Just today they found 2 bodies on the sea floor near SMS Brummer, (sunk in 1919), probably the bodies of two Dutch divers that went missing on a dive on May 28th...
  17. Can we have the 'or' replaced by 'and'? Great Job man!
  18. Why is this in the 'SEOW' part of the forums? Anyways, I'm really looking forward to using Server: Allow Custom Sounds online, switched off.... lol... the power!
  19. No you do not. You should not have to. My guess is you started with a 'blank' 4.11m... My 4.12m has exactly the same keys and inputs as my 4.11m had... no worries at all!
