  1. Er....well you are a good looking chap, FT. Just like me! . However, thats a compliment from Painless' mum. Unfortunately, my mums' brown bread. Edit; Wow, you're camera handles straight into the sun very well. Every video from this years Legends that I've seen has that bloody rambling Frenchman droning on in the background. Oopsie... sorry, did not notice it was P. who did that! Makes it even weirder, Painless' mum has met me in person! No wait, it must've been my personality then... As for the sounds, yes, I specifically bought me a German microphone, in the hope to drown the Frenchman... (The fact he wasn't talking there in those 17 seconds might have helped though)
  2. Surely hope your mother is just fine in general and otherwise Arthur?
  3. My video works will take a while. The new microphone works better than the old one, safe some weird distortions and cracklin's, and the fact it being in the picture all the time, and the fact I forgot to switch it on several times.... wait, did I say 'better'? Hm.
  4. Copy the users folder from the HSFX install folder over to the other one. That way all pilot settings (including all pilot names) cmayan be transferred. You may consider also copying conf.ini over from the HSFX folder to the other one, as that one contains other game settings, like resolution and other video settings, and also the sensitivity settings for your controllers. Good Luck!
  5. lol... Dave and Danny ... yeah, véry special to meet them...
  6. Oh, no refunds because I booked via the Hotel's website, and payed all up front, some special rate, what's special about it I dunno, but I'm pretty sure it not a special price... No worries on that money 'lost' ... it's already gone!
  7. I'm still at home, will be leaving in less than two hours... Hm. yeah. Well. Okay, I dunno. Yeah, it's all fine...no need to rebook the flight ... we'll leave on sunday's then... Hope Sweper don't mind... 110km/h would be acceptable as well mate...
  8. Not looking forward to doing the flight show and the drive in one day. My reservation is non-refundable. 76.00 GBP. Oh well... at least I do not have to decide right now... lol
  9. Phew, I got it now. Tuesday: Fly! + Arthur's stuff Wednesday: Towards Kent. (So, skip Yeovilton)
  10. Thanks Arthur, I'm in for it all!
  11. Oh wait, just to make the mess complete: - Skip Yeovilton all toghether, and still have the flight on Tuesday, on the way there look at historic stuff round ...?? Yeah, I definitely am lost now... completely.
  12. Wait-a-minute ... a flight would be good. But, there is the option of visiting Yeovilton Tuesday, and Wednesday leave for Kent. Then Crash will be with us when visiting Yeovilton. Yes, this way we skip the flight... too bad... (Hm, cán we even Painless? Will you get into any trouble for that? May sound that were not interested at all ... but it's just.. the timing already made us loose the Stearman flight... and basically, if I have to choose... I'd rather do Yeovilton with Crash, and also see Kent instead of a flight and none of the others... get my drifty?) (Also, to be honest, Portsmouth-Stanstead-Harwich isn't that much further than Ramsgate-Stanstead-Harwich... 173mi instead of 153, so I have to get back on that stressfull ride stuff... it is more M25 to round from Portsmouth, but... well, you get my drift. I was overreacting once again.) Oh, and Thursday lunch at the Jackdaw pub, Denton
  13. Wednesday is to be spent in a cool and relaxed drive to Kent... Otherwise... Thursday to Kent, Friday home? Might as well skip Kent altogether then... So, Yeovilton is not possible on Monday, nor Tuesday. If Wednesday, then... Kent is out... (too short a visit, and then next, Friday will be a challenge, to get from P's place to Stanstead in time (what time is your return flight anyways Sweper?) I do not want to race through the UK, I want to have a quiet stressless ride! Anyways, if this is the choice, I vote for Kent!
  14. You funny man! (And yer correct, w'll do!)
  15. Quite close Crash ... Friday --- Gathering at Duxford airfield. Note: As early as possible, first one there wins a prize! (I just don't want to hang around there on me own all mornin' ya know ) Evenin' : Hotel (check in for some), drinks, out for Curry. Saturday: Show, and in the evenin' Fish'n'Chips Sunday: Show, and in the evenin' early night, we want/need to be fresh monday mornin' ... lol Monday --- Travel to Mr. P's, possibly visit a museum en route. Thursday -- also Kent. Friday -- traveling home. But, really, general idea is to have it a bit more relaxing than last year, as for things listed on the planner... That may or may not include things already planned, or things yet to be planned. Or similar. It's just that... I dunno... Wot?
  16. Hope to see you there Largie!
  17. Me thinks 4.12 as such is really something special already. Mainly, the true wide screen stuff. Not the menu/options stuff without the bars... but the in cockpit screen... Much better on a wide screen monitor than before. In a Mossie, one has to turn ones head just a bit to see the spinners... All cockpits feel and look better. There's no longer a tendency to get closer to the screen. Because of the new view, I feel I can keep sit-back-and-relax much more... well, relax until... (So far have enjoyed the P51, Mossie and Yak9... if I remember correctly) I do like 4.12m... mainly for the views and the sounds... (Hey, what else is there to enjoy?)
  18. WOT? Next year? Silly gits, why next year, why not this year? (This year is as good as any year ya know!) As to the beer-thingie, yeah, I think that'll work out just fine...
  19. Good to see there's still some room left on the walls... I checked my stash of 'artwork', drawings mostly, Beaufighter, Mossie, Spit, Hurri, even a watercolor of a Camel in a clouded sky! (No, not like the famous 'mossie at night' - see below -, not 10/10 white clouds!) and will bring a selection over. Mind you, they aren't really originals, most were drawn from existing pictures, though with sufficient artistically justified freedom (also known as 'errors') Beaufighter, after it's already been packed for transport, picture taken with mobile phone ... the packaging makes it look a bit rougher than it is, and it bit brownish... though it is roughly drawn / sketched 'Mossie at night' (by an unknown artist) (Are we there yet?)
  20. I'm with Gec here, try something like Kaspersky rescue disk.
  21. Co-pilot seat is not available in the Tante Ju. Once in the gunner seat, press the key for 'AutoPilot' to get control over the gun. (Will depend on the current state of the 'Toggle Level Autopilot' control. If it's on, autopilot will switch automatically off for the gunner and on for the pilot - in single player, not in coops/df's - when you jump to the gunner seat. It switches gunnerAP back on when leaving the seat, and PilotAP back off when returning to Pilot seat. Yours appears to be off, check what key has been assigned to it, press it once and it's all automatic. But, like I said, it works differently online, when in Coops.) I'm not in the know with switching of mixture at all... the times I've flown it, to save fuel, I think I even set it as low as 60% ... even at lower altitudes. One more Ju52 tip: Taxi by only using the center engine. If you try it with all three selected, or the outer ones, it gets very weird. When running up only the 1 (left) engine, one would expect the aircraft to turn to the right. But no, it turns left. Same with right hand engine (3#), spool it up and the thing turns right.
