Since reformatting my back up computer, I have been unable to connect to my main computer. If anyone is around, could you please try and connect to bg etc :21000 and let me know if you can get in? Mucho thanks.

Did you change your settings in Conf. ini? Modify your conf.ini string in the [Render_OpenGL] section to use this mode: LandGeom=3 (new mode is ON) LandGeom=2 (back to normal mode).

I was able to download and install today after flying. I got my downloads from Mission 4 today and they were incredibly fast over 1000 kb a second. I'll get a link and post it here shortly. You need two downloads. Thanks for your help Dave. I am sitting with my computer buddy at his shop. After switching video cards etc we have finally concluded that it is a faulty AGP slot. Fortunately, he has a spare Asus board (socket 939, PCI Express) and a 7900 for $180. Should have it installed shortly.

Download site not available when I tried it. Suggest you all make a back up copy of your game and install to the copy.

Thanks Ed. That's what mine says too so it must be a 32 bit. But you see, I downloaded the 32 bit version for CH Products and my computer almost had a hissie fit. I was able to get into safe mode and delete the driver and all is well again. I'll try it again and see if I can get it right this time.

Does anyone know how you tell if you have a 32 bit or a 64 bit system? I just downloaded a driver for a 32 bit system and I thought my computer was about to have a major event.

Thank goodness it is not my main computer. I will get to the bottom of this one way or the other even if I have to replace the motherboard, ram and video card with PCI Express . Life is just too short to piss around with it and my wife needs her emails.

As some of you know, my regular game IP, bg.servegame etc, would not work yesterday. Fortunately, my numerical IP was still working and I was able to host. It appears that my bg. servegame account was cancelled without prior notice. I was able to create a new account with all the same details as before. I have sent Dyndns an email asking how much it would l cost to upgrade my account so that this does happen again. Since this has happened to me it may happen to those of you who are registered with Dyndns. I'll post back when I get a reply to my email.
