  1. Yep. I am logged in. LOL. Good one Kimo.
  2. That is very strange. Right hand column is visible and it is not there for me.
  3. We seem to have lost the link to TS3 on the Forum Front Page.
  4. We are all waiting to see what the weather looks like and then decide which day. Very little advantage to buying in advance.

  6. Well done Jabo. These look really nice.
  7. You may recall that I sideswiped my work shed with the excavator. What looked like superficial damage revealed a bigger issue. The bottom two feet of the roof had rotted out and needed to be replaced. The shingles are close to 20 years old and also needed replacement. The carpenters showed up this morning and quickly got to work.
  8. This is mostly what I have been doing the past week. Building a two tiered stone wall. Once I get it finished, it will need to be graded and topsoil added. I want to be able to seed it this fall. Takes a lot of time to find all the rocks and carry them to the work site. Some will fill in the back hoe bucket but the really big ones have to be carried in the excavator. And a little garden for Helen.
  9. Some friends of ours asked us if we would like to have some bee hives, full of bees, placed on our property. They will look after them and all we have to do is eat the honey! They showed up with the hives just at dusk last night. We have a small orchid with apple and pear trees so that's where they placed them.
  10. This is what I get over the wireless upstairs. I suppose that it would be a bit better downstairs, connected directly to the router. Would it be sufficient? That upload speed might give you some issues. Hard wired would make a big difference.
  11. Helen's best friend and her husband just purchased this house and 2 acres located just north of Toronto. She owns a ladies dress shop and her husband runs a big bulldozer for a construction company. They bought it unconditional with a July 29 closing. It is currently owned by a commercial pilot and his wife. I thought some of you guys might be interested in what $770,000 will get you here. Make sure you take the virtual tour. http://www.torontomls.net/PublicWeb/CL_CF.asp?link_no=31177233.059700&t=l&fm=F
  12. Usual high standard of photography Sweper.
  13. I sure remember Goldie Hawn.
  14. The guy who runs excavators had it sorted in a couple of minutes. He just put the bucket down, lifted the hoe and moved it sideways. I can do it on the backhoe but couldn't execute it properly on the excavator. Something else to learn. And you a correct. It shouldn't be that expensive to fix. I may have to put the fees up on the golf courses to cover. It could have been a lot worse.
  15. Great post Arthur! Excellent subject, great pictures and good composition.
  16. Decided to do some remodeling with the excavator. The mildest oath I yelled was fook!
  17. When I worked in the Commercial Bank of Scotland, we had a customer named Capt. Dickshit (pronounced Dishit) or so he thought!
  18. That is correct Rattler just drop it in to your program file and replace the old one. What speeds are you getting now?
  19. I sent you the aircraft and the weapons files. You may not need the weapons file.
  20. There is an upgrade available Pete with the new aircraft. I am running it. I will send you the update.
  21. Just took delivery of the excavator. Both drive motors failed and I was able to find used replacements for $2,500 each. Float and trailer were so large, the guy was unable to get them into our driveway. In the process, he managed to gouge out a huge chunk of highway asphalt. I suspect the Dept of Highways will be around shortly.
  22. At first, I thought it might be the work of my mother-in-law. Glad you and your m8's weren't hurt.

  24. I thought the Imperial War Museum was in London? The Imperial War Museum is based in London BG and the Duxford collection is part of it. Just this bit is at er, Duxford. A private tour on Friday without the crowds? You lucky bastiges! Nice one JP Unfortunately I won't be turning up 'till Saturday morning Thanks Arthur. That explains it. I was planning on spending a few hours in the Red Lion on Friday afternoon but this might be a better use of time. Maybe not!
