Looks like I got a personal trainer at the local gym as well. Too bad it was a "he". "He" promised to turn me into a rabid mountain beast through this winter, starting slow, only working out 4 days a week.
Yup, riding a hardtail. Off road, X country, whatever you wanna call it. As long as it's not asphalt, got dirt and mud with lots of elevation, and narrow trails on occation, I'm there. Really keen on trying downhill next year though.
