You may already know this if you have an ATI chipset board, but getting the South Bridge drivers is not straight forward, they are hidden.. Once you have selected your OS and Graphics adapter you get taken to a download page. Once there click the menu item 'Drivers and Tools' on top menu bar and you will now be presented with all ATI GPU and Mobo drivers...
