I have just received a letter from his son in law which I have copied Dave it is with great sadness that I have to tell you that Bill passed away on July 23rd. He had been ill for a long time and his conditioned worsened. He was in hospital but comfortable for 10 days before giving up the fight. We are very fortunate that we have his book as a lasting legacy and of course we will continue with sales. Please where possible continue to support it.
