As far as A10s go I'm don't know much but from what I've see there is the gray-blue and the desert camo schemes. I think I have see them in olive drab as well but that was years ago. Snacko has made some DD logos I think they are probably in the vault so I would check there first. Glad you're enjoying A10. I haven't picked that one up yet. I'm seriously considering getting Flaming Cliffs 2 first and then maybe DCS A10 depending on how much I like Cliffs. I've played the original Lock On a few times and while I like it I kinda never got too into the nitty gritty of it. I think I would have enjoyed coops though.

Read a couple of reviews. The consensus seems to be that single player is just so-so while multiplayer "has to been seen to be believed". One reviewer said the multiplayer was the closest thing to full scale war he'd ever played. We should actually be really glad there are this many sims in the 'Dead" genre. Let's face it, it would probably be more profitable to make another Call of Duty or something. Although being as this is a niche market I would think the competition wouldn't be as stiff as most flight simmers are going to try to acquire as many good ones as they can. Well, if there anything like me that is.

I've played it on both and I have to say, while its fun on the PS3 (and I'm not really good with FPSer on the joypad), the entire experience on the PC is much more intense. Not to say that I wouldn't get it for the console if my machine couldn't run it but, the PC is the ideal way to go if you can.

Played the demo and have to admit it looks pretty awesome. Ran very well on my somewhat modest machine maxed out and was a very intense experience with awesome looking graphics. I think this is going to be really good. Admittedly the beta map was a little stale after a while but its only a beta so I'm feeling pretty good about this one based on what I've seen. Supposed to be coming out tomorrow I believe so we'll soon know.

Needs a door and a little body work on the rear quarter panel. Not that bad really, kinda looks worst then it actually is. Hinges might need a little straightening. You could get away with just a door for about 50 or 60 pounds I think. If you look around you could find the same color as I think these only came in 3.

Yes, much better once you turn the mirror off, which is worth quite a few FPS. Flew one flight today with Zio and another fellow. Correct ammo belting strafed and killed and AA gun and shot down 2 human 109s back to back. Not bad, but I hope that multicore support comes soon. Still, I must admit, its starting to come together decently, lets hope this trend continues. I was averaging 30 fps 100 ft over London with half high, half medium settings, lowest FPS was 26. Climbing to altitude FPS is in the 50s to 60s. There are still some things that bug me, but shooting down those 2 109s and seeing the subsequent explosions was exhilarating for sure. We might have something really special here once its polished out. Negative! Its for those folks who thought paying $14 USD so they could test out CLOD months before it was available in the States was too good to pass up. After said testing, many of us had deemed the program sub par and not really worth spending the original 40 or 50 dollar asking price. CLOD can be had now for as low a 25 bucks me thinks, and if it gets its stuff together to a level deemed sufficient, which for some at least it is not currently (insert flame war here), may or may not be purchased by several of us in its full English version.

Its only for REALLY kool people so you wouldn't be interested.

I concur. Need the latest as well. Tried to use the english dll from the beta patch and now can't load any missions. Well, it was worth a shot.
