" Exploring Windows: Special Beta Edition -- Correction
Because you signed up to test the Windows 7 Beta, we recently sent you mail about the expiration dates for the Beta and Release Candidate. Unfortunately, we made a mistake.
We said the Beta would start shutting down every two hours on June 1, 2009. The correct date is July 1, 2009.
The rest of the dates in the mail were correct. Here’s a quick summary:

is it a black and white movie, ie no colour, if so then i would suggest it would be a 60's film as anything i have seen in black and white hasnt that level of detail in the aerial camera work untill the 60's, i saw the reach for the sky( the douglas bardar story and i didnt think that was it although ill look tonight)
here is a thread with some random ww2 films on it to help jog the grey cells

tried flying some of the a/c in 4.09 and off course had to have a go in the b17, problem is even when loaded with 16 500kg bombs i cant open the bay doors

downloaded the lot, check summed, backed up orginal copy, installed 4.09....................................runs like a dream
as for 4.08m do i still use this modded version or the copy of the orginal?

ive had IL2 since the start and have put addons on it when its been released, gave up for a couple of years and then bought 1946, liked the look of thouse exotic a/c on the box, to be honest i cant find most of them as i cant identify then in the a/c list in quick mission editor, can any one suggest missions that let you fly the on that has a wing like a ring around it, and some of the more exotic stuff like that?

when the comp starts does the monitor have a green light then go into standby after about 5 secs, if so then there are a few causes in order of easiest to do
1) cables into monitor from to gfx card, check they are in and secure
2)power cable on monitor check it is in pwr socket and there is power getting to the monitor
3) if you can get hold of a spare monitor and it works try the other one again
4) if you can see inside the comp check fan on gfx card is running (if you have a fan)
5)try reseating the gfx card, quite fiddly all you should really need to do is gently nudge the agp/pci e slot lock device a little so the card lifts a few mm(100ths of inch depending on your type of measuring) and then push the card gently down again
6) reset the bios, but you will have to go into the bios and change
