Well the respawning ship could simulate the damage control made by the crews, they would not be able to repair things like guns, but flooding can be contained and pumped. It is an imperfekt system, but unless a lot of work is put into it, damaging ships is quite a difficult thing to do. If you gt for admin damage, DT would have to put an exact amount of firepower in the exact right spot. The sim has quite a bit of problem with ship damage. After all it is a flight sim and not a naval simulator.

Please do Tribunus, while I mainly study modern history, ancient civilisations are quite fascinating. The dynasty of Ptolemy was quite interesting, especially with the intrigue of Augustus/Octavianus and Marcus Antonius. The libary of Alexandria and the lighthouse is one of those wonders I always wanted to see, but they are both destroyed.

How much hellenistic influences can be found today Tribunus? Alexandria is supposed to have been quite a beutiful city in its day.

You can stiffen the stick slightly by adjusting the spring, someone on the ubiforums showed how to make it slightly responsive, and now I realise the wierdness of the first part of the sentence.

I really hate it aswell. It has a lot of wierd passive aggressiveness to it. Also with a lot of self-involved idiots posting the exhilarating minutae of their lives, I have stopped using it. I am not really interested in the thousands (not kidding) of displays of poor photography depicting drunk people.
