    Just had another email from Foto. He has a broken ankle and will be in a caste for 6 weeks. He also has had computer problems but hopes to join us soon.

    Had a short pm from Foto this am. He is off work for a few weeks and has a caste but he says nothing serious. Afraid he was a bit short on detail but I am sure he will lots of time to fly with us now and we can ask then.

    One of the first things taught in Joint Ops is not to track the aircraft in front of you through the gunsight. Instead try tracking ahead of the aircraft or where you think your opponent will be shortly. I keep forgetting this all the time.

    Ray m8. You are breath of fresh air. Incredibly polite and understanding. Exactly the opposite of most of the riff, raff who hang around here; including or especially me. Never, never be afraid to ask and if you don't understand the answer ask for clarification. Good move to join Joint Ops. I would also recommend the Euro class if you can get in. Some of the classes run late if you are in the North American ones.
