I think of the three programs, I still prefer FS Autostart. The description of services and the recommendations are really worthwhile IMHO.

Spoke with my ISP this morning and it is bad/good news situation. Bad News. He acknowledged a problem with the connection between Owen Sound and Toronto. He has ordered a second data line from Bell Canada but it will be 2 weeks until that goes in. I can expect lousy Internet for the next 2 weeks. Good news. In the Spring, he is going to reroute my connection to another tower that is only 15 kms away. The present tower is 23 kms away. The new tower is also much higher with direct line of sight. This should give a much more stable connection and possibly faster.

We had to scrub it after 20 minutes John. The lag was terrible. My upload speed yesterday was only 2mbs instead of the usual 15. My ISP will hear about it today.

Don't forget we are limited to 32 total players. If you find you can't join because we of the limit just wait a bit and you should be able to get in when somebody dies or leaves the game. Also, we may have to balance the sides if they are lopsided.

Most of the Dogz go both ways Crash so we will fly Allied then switch sides. Maybe 45 minutes per mission. I have recommended two missions. Burma and Bulge but it is Gec's show. So he will have final say. We will be flying with externals off, mini map on and limited icons.

i would prefer Coop that is based in europe somewhere between 1940 and 1942. if u do not have such coop then it does not matter. but u have to know that we r going to switch side so coop needs to be well balanced. I'll come to TS tonight little earlier and we can discuss this if it's OK with you I'll do whatever you want but if you go coop and someone gets kaput in the first minute, they are out for the balance of the mission.

Thought I would retest Klinger's missions to make sure they work ok. Afraid they don't! Well not on 4.09 clean. As my feeble mind recalls, they were designed to run on the 352nd mod pack because they had the channel map. They will run on AAA 1.1 but that is not an option for Sunday. Gec, I can run some other good dogfight maps that we have used for other matches with the 85th etc. or you can supply me with some other dogfight maps if JG52 have them.

Gec m8. I'll go ahead and reinstate UBI Zoo Coops for Saturday and we can fly the JG52 match on Sunday. I would also be happy to host the match on Sunday with Klinger's mission(s). There were a couple if I recall correctly. I hope they all speaka da Englis? We will also have to decide who flies Allied and Axis. We just need to pin down the time, still 20:00 GMT ?
