Dragon Slayer

Birdawg

This is me on my KLR 650, when me and some friends were on the Tail of the Dragon. It's a very fun twisty road....318 curves in 11 miles. It's up in the Smokey Mountains, the road crosses from Tennessee to North Carolina.

The Smokey mountains are indeed beautiful. I live near Winston-Salem NC just about at the foothills of the Smokies. I hear tell that the Blue Ridge Parkway is nice too. Very nice bike that KLR though more of a touring bike then an offroader. I always found myself LEANING (pun intended) more toward the Suzuki DR 400.

Really liked your flight sim setup by the way. How much $$$ do you have invested into it?

I didnt have to pour much money into the chair. I did all the cutting and welding myself, from mostly scrap metal. The seat itself was from a hovearound chair a buddy gave me after his dad passed away. but in all, including the second monitor, about a 1200us. I have plans for the hovearound chair base too, but it'll be awhile before i start on that.
