Feeling a little smug. Have to get a new suit for daughters wedding which is approaching like express train. Found one I liked in a local department store. Was able to try it on for right size, colour etc. Checked online to see if I could get it cheaper and found site giving out discount activation codes. Went to manufacturers site and ordered from there, tried the code and got 40% off which saved me nearly £90 plus I know it will fit and what it will look like which is always a little hit or...

Deleted 3 backup copies of IL2 and did a defrag last night ready for Clod. Would have set up Steam but internet down all evening. Provider said it was a dodgy node in Reading. Its back up this morning. Just need disc to arrive today and to be sitting by the computer when I get home from work saying, "Load me, load me".

An anxious moment with my computer on line last night. Got so engrossed that I didn't notice my right leg getting warmer and a hot smell wafting from the case. Flying back on an enjoyable last mission there was a pop and the system died stone dead. Oops. Luckily no damage done and it rebooted when cool. Must get more fans...must get more fans.

Work has been running 24/7 to cope with Christmas rush and I got given 2pm to 10.30pm shift hence my abscence the last week or so. I hate work more than I hate snow!

Got on to my ISP last week as broadband speed was around 500kbts. They found Bt had capped the line for some reason. Got it removed and speed up to 6Mbts. Hooray!
