The Smokey mountains are indeed beautiful. I live near Winston-Salem NC just about at the foothills of the Smokies. I hear tell that the Blue Ridge Parkway is nice too. Very nice bike that KLR though more of a touring bike then an offroader. I always found myself LEANING (pun intended) more toward the Suzuki DR 400.

[Trojan trainer, this is a pretty hot "little" plane.]

This is a Trojan. It impressed the hell out of me in person. Sure it's a trainer used for jet pilots but it's damn near close to a hellcat in appearance. 1400 horse power ain't nothing to sneeze at. Make it a single seater, and mount a few 20mm and 50 cals you'd basically have a WW2 Navy fighter. It sounded mean as hell when they fired it up too.

It's not all wired up in this pick but you get the idea, it basically looks and feels stock when the mod is done. This little setup has been pretty good to me so far. For 40 bucks that T.Flight HOTAS X is hard to beat and the quality is much better then you would probably expect.

Added a vibration feedback motor inside the handle that connects to the dualshock control board externally. It's not true FF but it will warn you when your pulling to hard, approaching stall and there is nothing like feeling the shutter when you open up with your 50 cals and cannons.
