Just a reminder, there are new conf.ini parameters in 4.11. If you copied your conf.ini over from UP3 you will be missing these new parameters so you need to enter them manually. Here is the info from the official 4.11 guide.

TOAD, you've already got the guide, came with the 4.11 patch, have a look in your 4.11 folder
