This was the last landing he made in the FAA, even though I would have thought it a pretty good one. His remarks to the cameras scuppered his career - even though the british taxpayer had spent around £2 million on his training - he never flew again. Edit; Oh! I was wrong. See his well documented dead-stick energy display in a shrike commander. He also recklessly crashed a passenger filled A-26 at Biggin Hill, whilst ignoring the pilot's notes and aerobating the thing. Don Bullock's flying was going to kill him sooner or later as the pictures below attest...This is Sally-B flown without the usual care and delicacy she deserves (in my view). The sad part is that he was to take a number of people with him and destroy a valuable aircraft to boot.
