Currently attempting to get a decent backup of the server, to enable migration to a new host if required, but due to the size of our data and our hosting company crippling the backups I have to make some temporary changes.
I will be taking the Vault/Downloads off-line for today, and possibly tomorrow.
Data will be safe (currently backing it up to another server to be sure).
If this works I will then be moving our hosting to a less restrictive host that will mean we can consolidate TS etc.
We are due to renew on 09 March, and I would rather not spend on Hostgator any more..
Apologies for any inconvenience this causes, I will try and remote link downloads if at all possible.

OK 50% done, have been able to get a proper backup of the webserver settings and files (less the download/vault).
Stupid 4GB limit is a pain in the arse
Will now copy data back and re-instate the vault.
My next steps will be to restore to another server, test that all is as expected, then I will commence switching us over to the new host.
This will result in some downtime, but I will minimise it as much as possible.
Active email users will also experience a temporary outage, whilst I synchronise data stores and DNS updates.
Watch this space for announcements!

Looking good so far.
I changed my hosts file to redirect to the new home and it loads nicely enough
Now to test email, and then email the active users..
