Ok guys.....I have my new computer built......during the building I ended up moving....so I was away a lot longer than I counted on.....but I do have a question.....I copied/pasted my 1946 from one hard drive to another and all seems to be working fine Except the Switch for the Mod Version.....I get an error when I try to load it.....so which d/l is it that has the switch in it so I can redownload it and reinstall it.....otherwise I'll have to uninstall everything and start over with a fresh install of the game.....and I don't want to do all that....Thanks in advance for the help....

Ok....it was all working fine until I built this new gaming machine and switched hard drives.....now I can not get the Switch to work at all.....I have these Mods installed......I even installed the game again under a new directory and install these Mods in this order and I still get an error when trying to open the switcher.....I'm scratching my head over here....almost bald now....

This is what you should have installed and in this order.

If you didn't install the correct files and in the proper order then afraid you will have to redo it. You can either install this over a clean 4.07m or a clean 4.08m.

The switcher requires .net framework 2 to run.

http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=0856eacb-4362-4b0d-8edd-aab15c5e04f5&displaylang=en

That is the 32 bit version, if running 64 bit:

Sorry late replying, could have saved you some hair but been pulling mine out all day - my hard drive has failed for good again today and it has taken most of the day to get booted into a decent OS :(

B16Enk............You Are Da Man.........THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU........I have only installed & reinstalled about 4 times and redownloaded those Mods several times thinking mine were bad somehow......and all I needed was that stupid file.....once I installed that file it worked like a charm.....during the new build of this machine I didn't get that file as an update from MS....I skipped over it.....too bad the glue wont look too cool holding my hair back in.....now all I have to do is reset up my joystick buttons.......Again Thanks as I was about to give up......I have that file now save with the file name "Required for the switcher" in the name so I'll never forget that file again.....
