I started to get graphical glitches when he game was loading- done it with other games too so today I gave the inside of my PC a spring clean - WOW - more dust than a dusty thing covered in dust  I blew it out with a hairdrier set to blow. anyway I seem to be ok now - I hope this has cured it- the card is only 6 months old.

anyway it might be a good time for people to check their cooling systems and make sure they are clean and working.

when working inside your PC - TAKE PRECAUTIONS AGAINST STATIC- remove power supply and earth yourself before touching anything

Yep even in Scotland it gets warm for two days in the year

Good call Delta,

I tried to put more ram in last week and was similarly amazed at the dusty deposits.

Is that right, that its bad to use a hoover re. static ? (used 2" paintbrush)

Apparantly, 90% of household dust is dead skin. I must sit there shedding skin like an adolescent lizard.

Oregon is a lot like Scotland. It's warm 2 days out of the year. :laughing8:

I have my case on a TV tray next to my desk and have found that if I take the side off I get a lowering of around 10 C in temps plus I can get those dust bunnies before they reproduce!

DUST KILLS PC's!

Give your case a loving blowjob tonight. It will love you forever. :love4:
