DDz Quorum Share Posted January 30, 2008 I was pointed in the direction of www.showmypc.com by a guy at microshaft when looking at my problem in the above post. it is a free service and seems simple for anyone to use. I went to the went site and clicked on the "show my pc" button. this downloaded a simple/quick little program which generated a password/key. there is another option, which i assume the support guy used which was "look at another pc". i had to tell him the key, which i assume he then entered. and hay presto, he was in. i will try and use it from the support side and post back on its ease of use.
