USA flag to replace Russian in game for "Allies"

As standard in the game at the moment the only "Allied" flag is the Russian one.

I have kindly been provided by 352nd-Deacon (via "Beebop) a mod that we can replace the Russian "Allied" flag with either the US, British, Canadian flags.

Just download the the zip file, extract it to the MODS folder and apply it via JSGME before you start the game up.

Get the mod from here. I will publish the others once we get Saturday out of the way.
