In 2005, an 83 year-old World War II pilot is surprised to see 16mm footage of his 1944 Spitfire crash for the first time.

Narrator has a bit annoying voice, but what their doing is awsome

their idea and plan is sound! Love it. One of those Spitfires is at the Dayton Airforce museum. I got a picture of it somewhere.

That narrator sure has an irritating voice... Very nice to watch otherwise though....

As said, awesome. The look on his face when he realised it was his landing, and the humility when he asked if he could get a copy for his kids.

 

Such bravery those guys had.
