will be offline for a short while practising my PC rebuild technique. No problems, just time for a declag of the innards and a fresh win 7 install. Gives me a chance to sanity check the build disk I've put together for Painless too..

Now the feeling. Repainted my hallway some time ago. Thought I bought enough paint for it. When finished I´d used 3 more buckets.

On reflection I guess my worst was flying a B-25 on a low-level bomb-run, with another 3 6BL guys aboard. I settled into the approach at 600 feet - hit a button - and bailed out! Talk about melting headphones; I've never lived that down.

Spending the day at an exercise simulating a large collapsed building put on by our Brigade at the Fire College, Moreton in Marsh. Place used to be a wartime bomber airfield for Wellingtons.
