Haha ya your right I meant am I'm still half asleep lol was a long night for me last night
I am thinking 19.30hrs GMT is 15.30hrs Brunswick time.
Therefore if you wanted to join us say at 21.30hrs on a weekday night for the last hour of a session it would be 17.30hrs your time 👍🏻 -
I will have some of that 👍🏻

Hey DeadStikBill, as far as I can make out you are GMT -4 hours .
If your working hours allow you are welcome to join us a little later when we fly a GBS coop evening. Our P38 Campaign doesn’t start until around 21.00hrs GMT. Artie and Wingflyr (who represented Canada in the World Mankini Competition in 1985 and 1992 respectively 🤫🤣😂) usually join us a little later if that helps ?

Well...I do have the F-14, F-18, SuperCarrier and...All the other maps hah. Actually the only module I don't have for DCS cold war and beyond is the F16, and thats purely because I think BMS does that particular aircraft quite a bit better. Huge, huge fan of the F-14. So much so my girlfriend got me a big painting of it for my office/mancave!
Just noticed I don't own the Typhoon as its part of the BoN pack, so I reckon I'll stick with the P-38 for now. Or is it that some nights I'll need one, some the other? If I need both, I'm happy to pick it up - if I'm welcome to join.
Tom (Fenrir), will be very pleased to have another DCS fan to play with. As far as GBS goes you are more than welcome to join in with any session you like and find convenient time wise.
I think it is important to mention that the DDz have always run an “attendance is always at your convenience”, philosophy with real life taking priority as it must. 👍🏻 This has included for some members, weeks, months even years away sometimes , “once a dog, always a dog”Obvious question…. Which one ?

The weather looks lovely Swooperton, as long as it stays the other side of the window 🌨❄️☃️

Hey Conure, yes many of us are “mature” (in years at least) but don’t let that fool you. We can be massively childish, petty, inconsistent and prone to tantrums, it’s why I personally love it here. Glad you can find it in your heart to love an “idiotic” Greyhound as idiocy is something we DDz cling to.
Welcome, I hope you find a home here sir.

Nice to be flying an “organised” mission again 👍🏻👍🏻

No worries Col, have a fun filled evening old bean.

No news as such Crash. Some good ideas to try in this thread.
Hopefully we can come to an arrangement soon.
-
I think we would be good at that Arjen !
-
Might be time for a founders discussion looking at all of the options ?

Bloody shame we had slow mo vision (again). On the public server I lost sight of my flight leader (Tom) as soon as we dived on target, too used to icons I guess. Consequently got taken out by AAA trying to attack as a single. Noob mistake ! Did many of us make it back to base ?

Available to partake in any flying this evening skipper.

I read this little beauty years ago….
Really amazed at the importance of a man I had never heard of.

Bloody hell Tom, hope you are OK mate. Fingers crossed it will mend soon. I don’t suppose a quick pull through with the Radio Times would help ? 😳 Get well soon old bean.
-
If we are on for tonight, I am reporting for Tiffie duties.
-
Nice one Reg, Sidly will be so pleased to have more pilots to play with 🤔

Well that was different chaps, bloody shame it didn’t take again.
Thanks to Tom for trying everything possible to sort these gremlins out for the greater good. Also to Arjen for his behind the scenes work on our servers.
Enjoyable mission with White flight accounting for themselves admirably. Superb wingman ship from Reg Veg 👍🏻
Nice job of leading BB, your relaxing tones helped calm the troops making them feel valued and loved 😉Artie and myself are officially volunteering to fly Tiffies purely to help with any squadron pilot numbers cap in PWCG that might be causing our issues. I understand this is the next step you want to try Tom.
It was an absolute pleasure leading the 485th for all those months, thanks to EVERY pilot who contributed to our exceptional tally of kills !

A vigorous pull through with a copy of the Radio Times would seem in order Mick.
Thanks Tom, where would I be without you 😘

No mission tonight boys, the next is scheduled for this coming Tuesday the 26th.
WARNING: as a result of the combination of the redux of the campaign and the reduced attendance in the past months I will be coalescing the P-38 squadrons; either the 402nd pilots will be transferred into the 485th or vice-versa.
This will make admin easier for me and I’m hoping reduce the likelihood of issues in the future.
The decision as to which way the transfer occurs will be based on a coin toss.
Anyone one who has an issue on this matter is invited to write in down on a piece of paper, carefully roll said piece of paper into neat cylinder, secure with a suitable fastening then keep upon their person in the same manner as a suppository.
Problem ! I found myself bursting with ideas on the subject, did as I was told, now suffering from “altered gate syndrome”……… requesting advice on the next best step ?
(hoping it’s a very small step)

Good fun and pretty busy at the start ! Thanks Col.

Victory will be ours……. Probably?
Just signed up !!🤙🎅🤙
