Sorry to hear this delta7, here comes some advise from someone that shouldn't even read this post. I have CCC with an ATI850 card, with the CCC there is a temp gauge for the card. Could you install this and then go back to the Tool Tray after you've check your graphics temps? Good Luck mate...Pooka

Not that I'm aware, but I know the external tank empties before the others (internal) 3. Don't know, sorry 4. Found the answer in TeamSpeak options, changed Sound from Wave to Direct, all appears well, fly this afternoon. Pooka

This suddenly came upon me this morning, when I try to get into TeamSpeak: It reads Error TDSoundOut.Open (Direct Sound Create) No Sound Driver is Available for Use. When I clk OK or X to get out, it jumps me to the normal TS screen where you connect. I proceed to Connections Connect It lets me in but shows that I'm away. Not sure whats happened or how to shut off away. Just prior to this I was flying in the cockpit, I hit Shift F1 to switch views and all kinds of writing appeared over the screen, that technical stuff, line after line. I exited the game, and when coming back from a reboot this problem with TS appeared. Any help :?: Pooka

MSFFB that twist, thought of pedals, but alas, in 1980 was in big time car wreck, ended up w/ a plastic & metal left ankle. Works fine for walking and such, but doesn't flex up and down to a great degree. This would make me turning to the right all the time (good ankle here) and all would figure this out shortly. Sged I got a message from TopAce and explained to Funflak of your situation. Like BG said get in touch with either indstructor to make up. We had a test & did the maneuvers. Gosling was having problems with his computer, kids did some spyware work for him. He missed half the test so he may be doing makeup too. ~S~ Pooka

When I come from behind (the airplane, you sick os) I hold off til I'm inside the distance indicated on his plane of "30", closer is a lot better and the MG bullets will sink in then, cannon, which you don't have to much of, maybe "40" but just a very short burst. I've started to watch this but it is tricky aiming and looking at your gauges... Make sure the ball is centered, this means your shots will go straight, not passing to the side. Its like aiming a rifle, you have to use the back sight (Ball) with the front sight (Crosshairs). This is a lot to check and the enemy is likely to veer off after all this setting up, but thats the way its suppose to work. Then there's the spray and pray method, I use that often too. Hang in there, it'll come, sooner than you think. Pooka

Zeus I've been flying your campaign, Straight into an Icy Hell, I'm having a problem on the sixth mission where you attempt to bomb the bridge. I can't get the Rufe to take on the bombs that are required. It says there loaded but when the mission starts they are not hanging from the wings. Anything I can do?? My chipset fan went out Sunday while flying for 3 hours. Ordered a new one and should be here in a week they said. I put a note on PF Community Forum asking for advise in replacing. The tech said to remove the Motherboard and they are two push pins. He said when installing the new unit to turn counter-clockwise so maybe turn clockwise when removing. Damn I'm going to miss Wed & Thrs flights, hope to be up Sat or Sun.. Pooka Woopy someone promoted me to 2nd Lt.

There is an excellent training film on the F4U, its located in the Pacific Fighters Main Page, Pacific Fighters Forum, under F4U Traing Film. Its about 20 minutes long (goes fast) but really interesting to watch. It was a WWII training film. Pooka

I just read a post by B16Enk (Community Forum) where he recommended disabling non-essential network applications, windows update, virus update..etc. I had trouble with FS Autostart, is this another path to take down some applications kicking in and dropping me to desktop. I have to clk on the sim in the bottom tray to recover. How and where do I disable these functions. Thanks Pooka
